Our small dog, Mickey, is a Yorkie/Chihuahua mix, about 5 pounds, and a rescue dog. We are not exactly sure how old he is; Dr. Vaughan and Dr. Tobaben at Rutherford have taken excellent care of our son's precious friend and playmate.
They are never too busy to work him in if he needs vet attention -- and with a 14-year-ld pup, there will be those days -- and we board him there because they know, appreciate and LOVE him. As a matter of fact, they know Micky when I walk in the door. There are not many places we could trust to know and care for our dog effectively; I am proud to recommend Rutherford's entire staff.
